The Fixed UVSS consists of Speed Matching, LED lighting, Linear Imaging Modules. An induction or photoelectric sensor served as a trigger signal, equipped with a License Plate Recognition camera, takes HD photos of the lower part of the vehicles. integrates vehicle and vehicle information. The Fixed Under Vehicle Scan System can automatically activate when a vehicle approaches and transmits real-time images of a vehicle’s base to a front -end program, enables security checks of the lower section of passing vehicles. the portable UVSS uses an all-in-one portable box design, no construction required, plug and play, and flexible.

UVSS Under Vehicle Recognition System is the fixed solution for the fully identification of threats or modifications to a vehicle’s undercarriage. It can check whether the bottom of the car has been illegally modified, drugs, bombs and other prohibited items or people are hidden, and it can also check places that are inconvenient for the human body to reach. Vehicles drive over the embedded scanning units while systems compile high-resolution images of a vehicle’s undercarriage to create the vehicle’s “fingerprint.” It’s easy to see any threatening objects that may be hidden on top of an axel or crossbeam. An overview/driver camera captures the normal view of car/driver and displays this on the high-resolution monitor.

WorkFlow of LOYALTY-SECU UVSS
1. When the vehicle is ready to enter the interior of working site, Barrier Gate A opens, and the vehicle enters the security inspection area.
2. When the vehicle passes through the scanning induction coil, the under vehicle surveillance device starts to scan the vehicle chassis and meanwhile,the LPR Camera collects the license plate number. After leaves the induction coil, the vehicle scanning ends.
3. After the vehicle scan is completed, the vehicle license plate information and entry time are automatically recorded, and the vehicle will be parked in the area to be inspected and waits for the vehicle inspector to confirm the results.
4. After confirming that the inspection is correct, manually control open the Barrier Gate B, then the vehicle can leave the working site.
